What memory specs matter most for a gaming PC?

For gaming, memory capacity (e.g. 16 GB or above) is usually the first thing to get right. After that, speed helps , faster DDR generation or higher MHz can improve load times and frame consistency. Also pay attention to CAS latency since memory with high speed but loose latency sometimes underperforms. Dual‑channel configuration matters too for better bandwidth.
