I frequently send files to clients and collaborators. How do you avoid confusion and data issues?

The article explained that sending the same document through multiple channels increases the chance of errors. It also highlighted the benefit of using centralized and secure sharing methods. What I liked was the emphasis on clarity. After reading it, I realized that fewer versions and clearer access rules can make collaboration safer and more reliable.
