How to stop putting everything off until later?

Guys, I don't know what to do anymore. I put everything off until later - studying, cleaning, I can't even order food on time. It seems like I'm in a constant stupor. When it comes to completing tasks, I just lose energy. I sit down, look at the screen and... nothing. Then I blame myself, get stressed, put things off even more. And so on in a circle. I've already tried ToDo lists, time trackers, even website blockers. It only helps for a couple of days. Is there something that really works? Maybe someone has already dealt with this?

The liven app review helped me, I downloaded it because I was tired of blaming myself. At first I was skeptical, but the app turned out to be very sincere. It doesn't just push tasks, but really helps you understand why you put things off. Livie is godsend, like conversationalist who listens and doesn't pressure. Plus, I liked the short courses - 5-7 minutes a day, and you already understand something about yourself.

If you want it fast, go ahead, if you want it slow, that's ok too. I liked that you can track your mood and see what triggers you. And when I realized how my condition is connected to how I put things off, that was a breakthrough.
