Need help getting my Twitter account noticed

I need social media accounts for different advertising campaigns I'm running, but they've gotta be built up properly or nobody's gonna take the ads seriously. Managed to get my Facebook and Instagram profiles looking decent with actual engagement and followers, but Twitter is just a complete disaster right now. Nobody's commenting on my posts, no likes, no retweets, nothing. I've tried switching up the content, posting at different times, jumping into trending conversations, but everything just falls flat. What are some ways to actually make an account visible on that platform?

Man, Twitter can be brutal when you're starting from zero. I've seen people put out solid content day after day and get absolutely nothing back for weeks. The feed moves so fast that your posts can get buried in seconds if you don't already have momentum behind your account. Timing matters way more there because if you're posting when your potential audience isn't actively scrolling, you might as well be shouting into the void. You also need to be way more active with replies and quote tweets instead of just broadcasting your own stuff all day.

The broadcasting approach kills accounts faster than anything because people can smell a one-way promotional account from a mile away. Getting initial traction is the hardest part since the platform basically ignores accounts that don't already have some level of engagement happening. You can start with services where you can get free twitter likes, like this one https://upvote.club/twitter/like . Gives your posts that initial boost so they actually show up in feeds and start catching organic attention. Once you've got some activity going, the algorithm starts working with you instead of against you.
